This is my first Google review, but the staff's attitude motivated me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! The staff, represented by a fat, gray-haired gentleman, is extremely rude, even surly, and the customer (at least I am) is treated like an intruder. The gentleman clearly either forgot he's not at home anymore but at work, or he's working there as a punishment. The complaint process itself is incredibly difficult. I'm not judging the product range, but the service and customer service, and I know that even though I live nearby, I won't use this store again and will be joining the competition. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I respect everyone's opinions, but unfortunately, I disagree with the recent negative reviews. The service is top-notch and professional. Just because someone sits and talks on the phone doesn't mean they're idle. Everyone here works hard and improves the service at the counter every day. Customers who wait two minutes in line and write down unrelated things should be a little more patient. I rate this branch as good. Best regards to everyone and recommend shopping there :)

June 3rd, 1:00 PM. In the store, none of the four staff members acknowledges the customer. When I say, "I'll come back another time, when you have time," I'm asked, "What would you like?" The rugs I asked about were gone. I received a note to come back tomorrow. I won't be returning to this store tomorrow or any other time. I don't want to disturb the staff.
