Customer service is like something out of the communist era. I went in for a tire change, and there's no line. But the service technician informed me he was just having breakfast. Okay, I waited 15 minutes. I drove the car inside, put it on the lift, and went up. But the guy didn't bother with my car; he just went to the workshop and did something else. 10 minutes passed. When I asked how much longer I had to wait, the technician exploded in anger and said that if I didn't like it, I should take the tires and leave. And then I woke up with this tire change ;). However, I was spiteful, and the technician insulted me for having to do it anyway, and he changed the tires. I don't think I've ever encountered service like this before. I congratulate the management, and I think I feel sorry for the employee.
Two stars for the fact that the tires are still holding up after the first ride :)

Be careful, they're selling some product they don't even know about. I told him I needed gasoline to clean my bike chains. He simply sold me motorcycle oil because I didn't speak much Polish, and the product had a picture of "clean chain," which I didn't understand, so I used it on my bike, wasting two hours. I even paid another garage to have it cleaned. After that, they wouldn't even refund me and blamed it entirely on me. The guy who sold it to me didn't even say he wasn't sure. He just wanted to sell it.
And I said "gasoline," not "gasoline." He even said there's no word for "gasoline" in Polish 😂

The shop has been open for many years, several decades, since my youth, always friendly service throughout all years and professional advice when purchasing parts
