I had the oil and coolant changed in an Opel, which is inherently sensitive to temperature. It didn't matter that the service was done relatively quickly, but the coolant smell started after I got on the highway. The reservoir wasn't closed, and the cap was on the windshield.
The coolant was immediately refilled by the mechanic, and the engine was spot-cleaned to remove any remaining fluid.
After returning to the workshop and reporting the situation, the owner maintained a professional approach and offered to repair the vehicle if there were any problems.
Few people are willing to admit they made a mistake, so all things considered, it's a positive.

I do not recommend Majer, in fact, I strongly advise against it. Their tire replacement prices are very high, but the quality of service is subpar. The wheels were not precisely balanced. However, that wasn't the biggest problem. The "experts" who replaced the tires didn't install (or installed them incorrectly) the hub cap and bolts. I realized a few days later that I didn't have this part because it was on the right rear wheel. So I went to the dealer to explain the situation. Of course, the company takes no responsibility for their work. They claimed I lost the cap (classic "Janusz" behavior). So, to dispel any doubts, I wanted to watch a video of the replacement (they have cameras in the workshop), but unfortunately, there was a problem with reproducing the recording. An IT technician was supposed to handle it, but as you can imagine, I haven't seen such a recording since I'm writing this review. The woman at the office ignored me for over two and a half weeks, so the issue seems obvious to me...
The problem is serious because this cover is only available at authorized service centers due to the new type of rims from 2025, and this cover detracts from the rim's design. Besides the poorly executed, expensive service, Majer also cost me the extra cost of purchasing the cover. I don't even want to go to them for balancing anymore... One star is already too many.

The people who work here have zero knowledge, blatantly lie, and put their customers at risk by assuring them that everything is checked and in order. They either don't check at all, check and pretend they don't see a problem, or, worst-case scenario, they cause problems themselves and hand over damaged vehicles. It's a disgrace and a complete lack of professionalism.

A few days ago, I arranged new tires for my parents, and the entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. I had the pleasure of speaking with the lovely Mrs. Paulina over the phone – she was completely professional and friendly. My parents are very pleased with both the tires and the quality of service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Rim: two dents on the spokes, rim edge scratched.
Service fee: 65 PLN + rim damage.
