I do not recommend it, the scammers issued a part that was not in accordance with the order over the phone, and then they do not want to accept the return because it is an electrical part, another 40 minutes wasted until you finish your private conversation

Unfortunately, I'm once again disappointed with this company's service, which is a shame because it's one of the largest wholesalers in Poland. The woman who delivers makes everything difficult and doesn't even listen to instructions from the company representatives. Of course, they make delivery a real problem if you don't order a container of junk. There's always a huge mess at this branch. Comparing this branch to the IC branch in Warsaw, which I used a dozen years ago, it's rock bottom. I thought IC's service level was independent of the branch, but I was sorely mistaken. It's a shame that due to regionalization, you can't use other branches, because if I had the option, I definitely wouldn't have ordered from this location.
