We ordered the correct parts, but unfortunately, Intercars provided the wrong ones due to incorrect labeling under their catalog number. Because of this mistake, I had to pay out of pocket for additional parts at the repair shop.
When I brought up the issue during buying, if he could check before I will open it, the gentleman at Intercars dismissed it, saying he didn't have time to check if it's the correct part otherwise I could avoid paying for another one. Disappointing customer service — I expected more care, especially when the error wasn’t on my end. Three stars because the order arrived quickly, but the rest was frustrating and costly.
