I called them 5 times, no one knows in English. It’s okay. Maybe they don’t know English. I must try to speak in Polish okay. But last guy asked “Do you know Polish?” I said No. And he just said “Okay Goodbye” and finished the call. This is so so rude. I think the managers must know about this, about the workers’ behavior to clients

One of the few places in Krakow where you can be transported straight back to the communist era. Customers are treated like a necessary evil, with no good morning or even a lack of interest. And I truly understand that everyone can have a bad day, but unfortunately, everyone at Centralna seems to have one every day, because the service is always embarrassing. Lately, there's been a growing mess with orders and, on top of that, high prices compared to other stores. An order takes a long time to complete, then I get an email about the order being canceled due to a product being out of stock. A week later, another one. The order is ready for pickup. And when you get there, it turns out the order is incomplete because the customer didn't pick it up on time 🤷. They can order, but the price is obviously higher... In the past, this place still had a good reputation for parts availability, hence the one star increase, but now I can't recommend it.

I recently read reviews that it's expensive. I'll admit, it's not the cheapest, but...
While searching for oil on Allegro, for example, I came across another company that's been in business for 2-3 years. Lots of satisfied customers, because it's cheap. Only, this multitude of satisfied customers didn't focus on the fact that dozens of people with negative comments already imply or write directly about suspicions, open packaging, missing seals, etc. Then there are car breakdowns, and of course, no one will admit they bought the parts below market price because it was supposed to be the CHEAPEST. When I buy here, I know I'm getting a genuine product at a fair price.
