No one is in a hurry. You can lose half a day in line, and most running gear parts are one and a half to two times more expensive.

Unfortunately, I have to share a very disappointing customer service experience at this store. Upon arriving at the checkout, I was given an order number and then proceeded to the cashier to pay. I gave the cashier my order number. Instead of immediately processing the transaction, the cashier spent a long time typing something into the computer, making no eye contact or acknowledging my presence. I chatted for a while, but I waited until I could pay. After a long pause, I finally asked if I could pay now, to which she responded very rudely and aggressively: "This is rude. I'm waiting here until you're finished talking. THIS IS RUDE!!!!!!" This behavior on her part was completely unacceptable to me. Added to this, she made a face and aggressively handed me money. Of course, I paid, but the whole experience has made me regret buying from this store. I find it difficult to understand how a company can employ people who treat customers so aggressively. This definitely affects the perceived quality of service. I feel like I'm being scolded for even daring to shop there! Although the male staff were very professional, unfortunately, this one incident effectively discouraged me from shopping there again. I hope the company takes note of such situations and ensures proper training for its employees. Maybe the lady was having a bad day, but does that justify treating a customer this way?
