I won't be using this service again in the future. I've been there 4-5 times, and the pattern is always the same:
- appointment scheduled online according to the calendar. Asked to arrive on time.
- delay of about 1-1.5 hours, most recently because the person who started the tire change went off to lunch :) fantastic planning by management.
- the quality of the tire change itself was impeccable; professional, balanced, and they even washed the wheels.
- no discount or even a "sorry for the delay." Go, individual customer, and don't bother your guitar; we service fleets here. The lady at the counter recently showed off her skills when asking about a discount: that's life :/
- the website lists the price for a tire change from 120 PLN, but I've never paid that much. Minimum 160 PLN, and I usually have a passenger car with a typical R17 rim.
The customer service is also terrible, but the quality of the work is very good. But I won't be going back.

A fantastic tire shop! Top-notch service – fast, professional, and very friendly. The tire change was a breeze, everything was thoroughly inspected and professionally performed. Their extensive experience, modern equipment, and complete dedication to their work are evident. Their prices are fair, there's no ripping them off, and they treat customers with respect. Definitely the best tire shop in the area – I'll definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

The service was provided by PSF – express, cashless, and at the last minute because I couldn't postpone my business trip. The service was friendly and clean.

Everything was exemplary from the first contact to the vehicle pickup. Complete professionalism and excellent service, perfect wheel balancing, and clean rims without any traces of grease that required scrubbing later at the car wash. I will recommend them and return to their company for our delivery vehicles.
