What a disaster and a disgrace. The gentlemen charged almost 400 PLN for an oil and filter change, even though I had already purchased the oil and filter.

I don't recommend it. Lack of customer service. Constantly missing deadlines, explaining that employees are sick. Start paying them properly, and I won't be on sick leave all the time. They look at what car someone came in with. You know, newer cars are the first to go. Guaranteeing everything is fine. They took the car and it sat there for two days for inspection to make sure it was really the timing belt. No one bothered to call to let me pick it up. I knew it was the timing belt, they were supposed to check it, they said everything was fine, it was safe to drive, but they didn't see a need to replace it. Despite this, I still wanted it replaced. I called, even waiting for their call to see if a spot opened up, when I could bring it in, or they didn't answer. I managed to get through, but the guy wasn't there. They took the number again because they remembered I was talking to a friend and he would call back, but no one called for a week. And when we got there, it turned out we had just started it and listened. All we had to do was remove the cover or even connect the computer, and the car showed everything. Or say, "Okay, ladies, eat somewhere else." I haven't checked, but I won't. So if you've been driving for 10-15 years, avoid it. I don't recommend it.

I dropped off my wheels here every year. Never again. The situation upon pickup was "What's the extra 70 PLN for?" "Sir, the wheels are ready for installation, washed before storage," right?
