My many years of searching for car parts and accessories have always found a satisfying end at InterCars in Łowicz. The friendly and professional staff never made me feel like an "intruder." On the contrary, every minor issue related to the purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. Professional service, using the VIN, easily matched original parts or suggested a good replacement. The range of parts is very extensive. The prices are excellent, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend them.

I definitely don't recommend it. I ordered the part in the morning and it was supposed to arrive in the afternoon, but it wasn't. It wasn't there the next day either. The service was incompetent.

Not to mention the high prices, the biggest issue here is the service. The employees are simply rude. They can't offer advice, and everything is done as if they were there as a punishment, not as a customer service professional.

The guys don't know the difference between bulb types. I asked for a P21W LED replacement, and the guy gave me an R5W LED and said it would work. I said okay. I plugged it in the car, and it didn't work. I went back to the guys and told them they misled me and demanded a refund. The guy said they wouldn't refund me because the bulbs were used and that I had to return them for a warranty claim. And what if you complained that they were working? Because they're R5W, and they told me there's no difference. I'm at a loss :/
