I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service and advice. Mr. Kamil (in glasses) from the sales department at the Lubartów branch helped me select a battery efficiently, provided top-notch advice, checked everything, and helped with delivering parts for the car. I felt well-cared for, especially since automotive mechanics aren't my forte. Despite an unpleasant incident while on vacation, thanks to Mr. Kamil, the matter was resolved quickly. Congratulations to the company on a great employee!

I ordered the part from a consultant on Thursday. He assured me several times that it would be ready for pickup at the store on Saturday morning (I was given an order number). I drove 40 km on Saturday at 1 p.m. to pick it up, only to be told upon arrival that the part wouldn't be available for pickup until Tuesday. Nobody on the staff cared. I was treated with disrespect by the cashier, and no one could identify the consultant I spoke with. I refused to cooperate and will never go back. I don't recommend them.
