I still can't understand one thing. Someone makes an appointment in advance—practically half a month in advance. They have a reserved spot. They arrive, and guess what, we have reservations, but everything is taken. And we wait 20 minutes. It wasn't the first time this happened. This time it was ridiculous because someone without an appointment showed up. And because the spots were filling up, suddenly they spent half an hour in the service center. I, with an appointment, spent an hour. If you make an appointment, the spot should be available at a given time. Not let people in just to make money. It's a lack of respect for the customer.

Neither professional nor polite. No progress for four years. When replacing a tire, you have to make sure they check the pressure yourself. And the service is truly substandard. I understand that it's a family business, but that doesn't negate the need to acquire knowledge in this important area. I haven't witnessed a polite conversation, not a smile. I feel sorry for the employees.

November 17, 2023, 12:00 PM, Gate No. 1, Station No. 1. This is what the tires look like after being swapped for winter tires. After an hour of waiting, I asked the employee if it was safe to hit the road, and he replied, "Of course." Leaving for the S3 expressway, I thought my steering wheel would be ripped off. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure, and the rear tire pressure was 2.7 instead of 2.2, the left front tire was 2.8, and the right tire was 2.6 instead of 2.4. After calling the specialists, I was told I could get in line in the morning. I managed to get to a qualified workshop in Świdnica, where the guys put the wheels on a balancer, and they were amazed that someone could screw up so badly... a job I paid 220 PLN for. I lost an extra hour plus 100 PLN to fix the mess!!! Avoid!
