Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the level of service at Inter Motors in Lublin. The employees were unhelpful and made it seem like customer service was a chore.
I purchased a motorcycle part that—as it turned out—cost significantly more than the same part offered on their own website. When I pointed this out, I was met with evasive explanations and a lack of any willingness to resolve the matter.
I definitely don't recommend them. Next time, I'll choose a different store where customers are treated with respect and their prices are fair and transparent.

As a long-time customer of motorcycle shops and someone involved in the automotive industry, I feel obliged to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I encountered at this particular point of sale.
My main concerns relate to two employees of the shop who – to put it mildly – seem to have no understanding of either what they are selling or the needs of the customer. The service was not only chaotic, but downright dismissive. My questions were met with blank stares, and the answers – when they were given – were full of generalities and factual errors.
Suggesting that, for example, a touring jacket “is perfect for track riding” is not only a lack of basic knowledge, but also a dangerous misrepresentation of customers.
Instead of advice, I received a display of ignorance and a lack of any involvement. I do not expect every employee of the shop to be a master class expert, but basic knowledge of the product range and respect for the customer are the absolute minimum – and that was lacking here.
This type of approach to service in an industry where safety and fit of equipment are key is unacceptable. I strongly advise against shopping here until the staff has undergone substantial training or has been replaced with a competent team.

Even one star is too much. In a store in Radom, I received a two-hour interview about a helmet and intercom. Based on the advice of a trustworthy gentleman, we made a purchase worth several thousand złoty. When I first put the helmet on and accelerated on the highway, I realized that the helmet costing over 1000 złoty was louder than the one costing 150 złoty. It's a shame, it turned out we couldn't return it because it was used. We bought a dedicated intercom for it, which hadn't been removed from the box or installed. When I tried to return it, I discovered that the company's policy was to not accept returns on electronics. Personally, this violates our consumer rights. We will never shop there again and will not recommend this store to anyone. I will report this matter to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
