What good is a well-stocked store if you can't buy anything? On Saturdays, the cash register is closed, the salesperson hands out merchandise without proof of purchase, and writes everything down on a piece of paper. Constant employee turnover and the lack of a manager present at the branch make people reluctant to shop there.
