So, let's get started... I called the hotline today and asked about the product. Your salesperson recommended it to me, and we discussed its features, brand, price, and performance—a rather detailed conversation. The salesperson placed order number 15761 for me, which was supposed to be picked up around noon. When I went to pick up the order, a completely different product was waiting for me, one that had nothing to do with the one I ordered. My biggest concern was time, as I needed the product urgently, and I could have traveled halfway across Poland while waiting. The only thing I heard was, "We haven't had that one for a week." Furthermore, there's no way to make a complaint other than a product complaint. To quote the classic saying: "We don't have your coat, so what will you do to us?"
