After yesterday's visit, I felt somewhat disappointed; I almost felt like I was on a hidden camera. The sales and checkout staff were extremely professional, fast, and efficient, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the checkout process? The checkout process seemed to be a joke. I'm not sure if they hired a new person, but checking out several items in twenty minutes seems like a relatively long time. I'd also like to mention that I was very displeased with the warehouse worker's use of profanity in the background.

The service guy is unpleasant. He could forget about the lines like "if you want to see the helmet, tell me, because it costs two and a half thousand". I know how much it costs, because I plan to buy this particular model. By the way, if they want to sell the helmet for that amount, they should have disposable caps for trying on, since helmets without balaclavas are not allowed to be tried on (if I come in my balaclava with my germs on it, will I be able to try it on?:)) I did not try on the helmet, I did not buy it and I definitely will not buy it in this store.
