The service is a disaster. While waiting in a long line, I see the cashier serving his colleagues at the back of the line first. He then argues foolishly, trying to convince the other person he's right. I don't recommend it.

When it comes to refunds, they're just dumping the money, not giving it back. I waited an hour and they ignored the issue. The accountant, pumped up with Botox, insists the money has been refunded, and then I pull out my phone and ignore the client. Overall, I don't recommend it.

As for the store, it has a wide selection of parts at good prices, but as for this branch... It's the worst I've ever encountered. Customer service is below zero. The salespeople seem to be incarcerated there, or maybe it's just the alimony guys serving out their time. It was difficult to agree on a specific part, and forget about any advice. It's a miracle when you get a response to a simple "Good morning." I highly recommend this company, and I highly recommend this branch.

My car broke down en route, and luckily, I found it near the mechanic. I ordered a specific part through the hotline and drove to pick it up in the other car (my wife and I were traveling with two cars, which wasn't important). On the way, I tried calling the branch and asking them to wait until closing (according to the navigation system, I should be there at the meeting point – the store closes at 6 PM). I reached the general hotline, where they said that if there's a customer, a minute or two wouldn't make a difference. I arrived at the location by 6 PM. I managed to find the employees. I explained the situation, begged, pleaded, explained that I was on the road, drove 40 km to see them, had already ordered the part, and knew they had the part. Sorry, we'll see you tomorrow. Of course, they had every right to do that, but I think a little empathy and kindness wouldn't have saved them. Thanks to this, I've already incurred additional costs in the form of accommodation, etc.
