I’ve been today here for Audi to check if there is a need for an update or not. When first entered to the office I asked what is the cost of there is a need of update. We will connect the computer and see afterwards will know, they said. While I was waiting in the office, they were going to check. Later when finished the checking, they told me they already updated and need only some part and I was asked to make payment which I specifically asked what would be the cost in the first place. When I asked why did you make the update, „even without update our time is money and you would still pay for it” they replied. In my opinion this is not an honest business they run, yes you reserved your time for me and in the end no need for an action and it costs you but because of this behaviour I will not consider coming to you anymore. I would come to you whenever I have an issue, if the behaviour was appropriate. Even though the cost is not that big, I still want an approval for any action to take beforehand. This is a no different behaviour than an ordinary small part time mechanic.

A very profesional Volvo Service with a very friendly team. Prices are reasonable but, most important, explained. They charged my XC60 Hybrid and wash it for free.

Hi,
I’d like to say a big thank you to Lukasz Niedziulka and his colleagues at the Volvo V Centrum for fixing my car as soon as possible. It broke down while travelling on holiday and they took my car in straight away and fixed it in two days! Thank you for your excellent service and communication.

“After an engine breakdown of our Volvo S40 in May 2016, a fuel injection pump breakdown was diagnosed. Oooops, that’s is an expensive device... Some 4.000 PLN... Vcentrum Volvo Serwis Dealer on Woronicza, Warszawa, suggested to mount an used fuel pump in good condition, saving 80%. Next day the Vcentrum Chief mechanic called: “Sir, car is ready, engine runs well. However, while checking the engine output we found that one of the valves regulating the turbo is flat. Seemingly it has been down for a long time. You MUST have noticed this, because the car accelerates like a turtle in the mud”. Having bought this S40 from our beloved cousin S.K. in 2012, it had never come to our mind that something is wrong with the turbo. Nor had it to our cousin and his wife! Vcentrum put in a new ‘zawór sterujacy’ and the car now drives like hellfire. The turtle has changed into a genuine leopard! End of story: we paid in total some 1.500 zloty (ex ghastly 23% Polish VAT). But we earned this money back 3-fold. A: 3.000 zloty savings. B: a ‘new’ car with F1 thrill factor. C: a kaczka po staropolsku in the Dom Polski, to be paid by our dear cousin S.K.
