Super Autos. Service (für Benz) *KATASTROPHAL* !! I'm thinking if the costs for sth are leveled Like this, than the seller should ask leastways If Client ist maybe interested in sth before he going on with his girlfriend. Maybe because it is 45min before Weekend. Maybe it is the reason :))

Great location, big spaces, lots of staff, however I was wandering and looking at upper floor located cars and nobody was even interested to ask if I needed any help

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase an approved used vehicle from a main dealer. A total waste of time and a day's driving. Now where to start? I found a used 2019 W205 c220 online and after looking at the specsheet and obtaining the datasheet via MB UK We decided that it would be worth making the 4 hour trip to Wroclaw to have a look at the vehicle. I also ran a car vertical check to ensure the history of the vehicle is clean before making an appointment with Jarosław Hryniuk. We arrived just in time for the appointment as coming from Bydgoscz we thought that we are going to be 30 mins late so i sent Mr Hryniuk an SMS to let him know that we may be late. (As it transpired we actually made it on time) Immediately Mr Hryniuk explained just how busy he was that day so wouldn't have time to show us the vehicle however his colleague took the time to show us the vehicle. (his name is Jakub from memory. Very knowledgable young man and very friendly and helpful) Given that this was the most expensive used version of the vehicle for sale on the Polish market, Being sold by a Mercedes Main agent as "certified" We arrived expecting an absolutely perfect example of this vehicle with maybe a little bit of wear and tear. The vehicle in question had covered only 80,000 KMS, and had damage to to most of the panels. Some of the damage had been badly touched in i guess in an effort to disguise it somewhat however being a Pearlescent paint repair would involve painting the adjacent areas as to not have a noticeable colour mis match. The rear tailgate was out of line on the left hand side giving a panel gap that one would expect from say a Tesla? The interior of the vehicle was in perfect condition cosmetically but did smell very strongly of dog. Brake discs had 2-3mm lip around the edge, Tyres were mismatched brands front to rear and on the test drive appeared to be out of shape giving some vibration. Not to mention that the tyres fitted to the vehicle did not carry the MO homologation, (Fronts were budget tyres) The vehicle as above certainly was nowhere near the standard that one would expect when considering purchasing an approved certified vehicle from a main agent. Upon returning to the office after the test drive it appeared that Mr Hryniuk just simply didn't have time for us despite us having an appointment and having spent 4 hours on the road that morning to look at the vehicle. Bearing in mind I thought the spec of the vehicle was fantastic, we thought that there needs to be a bit of negotiation in terms of price given it really was in poor condition cosmetically. We tried to make an offer. Mr Hryniuk appeared to get offended and just walked off. Hardly the behaviour one would come to expect of a sales professional working for one of the oldest vehicle brands in the world. I have worked in sales for nearly 20 years in 4 different countries and have never once experienced a sales person so inept at dealing with clients. As it transpired it appears that this car was being sold on behalf of one of his friends who "only used it to transport her dogs around" Hence getting offended at what we believed to be a very serious and well considered offer in line with retail value of very similar vehicles at other MB main agents. When we questioned the condition of the vehicle he replied with "what do you expect its a used car" In the advert it was clearly written that the vehicle is in good condition. Compared to vehicles i've bought previously from main dealers often sight unseen (Porsche and Volvo in PL) this vehicle is most definitely not up to "certified standard" It is Auction grade at best. If you are considering buying a used Mercedes from this company please ensure that you view the vehicle in person first. Typically from a main dealer especially given the distance involved I would buy a vehicle without looking at it however on this occasion it was my wife who convinced me that we should probably have a look and i'm very glad we did despite wasting a whole day.
