I came in for a tire change/repair and encountered nothing but problems from the very beginning. There was no way to enter the company's premises – the only thing you could do was stop on the sidewalk and block it, or even the entire Zwycięska Street if you had a larger car.
Reading other comments, I'm shocked because my situation was completely opposite. After dropping off the tire, the employee greeted me with utter surprise that I even came. I was told that yes, it could be done… but "at least a few hours." I was sent back to the office.
In the office, the manager immediately stated that they had spacers now and that it was "completely impossible to do at the moment" because "there are no employees." The whole thing was presented in a tone that made my request seem completely inappropriate. This is not how customer service should be.
So I drove to Parafialna Street – the guy arrived immediately, approached me with a smile, did everything without a problem, and asked me to return in an hour. The matter was resolved immediately.
The difference in customer service? Colossal. I recommend drawing your own conclusions.
