I dropped off my Skoda Fabia II with a problem that the car was pulling to the left (I had to correct the steering wheel to the right). The service center found a loose right wheel and suggested replacing a pair of steering rods. Two hours later, I received a call that the rods had been replaced, but the problem persisted. I paid for the service, and the next solution was to replace the steering rack.
I mentioned that I knew the tires needed replacing, but I was putting aside my budget for the time being. Despite this information, the steering rack was the first priority, and I was even told "I can still drive on these tires"—without mentioning that the tire condition posed a real risk.
I showed the car to another mechanic, who ruled out the problem with the steering rack and immediately pointed to worn tires—replacing them completely resolved the problem.
After contacting Nowacki Service, I was told that the rods had been replaced, which I have no complaints about, and that a misdiagnosis is not grounds for a labor claim. The conversation descended into an unpleasant exchange, with no attempt to understand my position. Comparisons to doctors "who are also not responsible for diagnostic errors" were completely inappropriate.
My experience demonstrates a lack of reliable diagnostics and an unprofessional approach to clients. I do not recommend this practice.

I do not recommend it, the man with glasses who sits at the first desk is not very nice, he acts unpleasantly and talks to the customer as if he doesn't give a damn about it... they don't know what the customer is coming for, what service, a total disaster in the company
