I had a tyre failure on the motorway late at night and contacted the team at Agatrans the next morning. Someone answered the phone who spoke Polish, but they immediately sent me an SMS in English – and we handled everything smoothly by text.
They told me to bring the car in, I handed it over after organising transporter, and they ordered four new Hankook winter tyres as Euromaster Partner overnight. The next day at lunchtime, the car was already ready for pickup. Fast, professional and absolutely reliable.
What impressed me: after dropping-off the car they drove me from Nowa Ziema to Legnica (around 25 km) so I could catch my train to Wrocław. Outstanding customer care and problem-solving.

Full of admiration, delight, surprise, there was a wonderful atmosphere on site, great gratitude and huge applause for Mr. Robert, mechanic Tomek and the entire team, together you make a great TEAM, yesterday you achieved the impossible, I'm still rubbing my eyes with amazement, my S-Max has been given a new life thanks to you gentlemen and we will definitely see you next time :-)

I do not recommend this mechanic. The repair was done carelessly, and the problem returned after a few days. The diagnosis was inaccurate, and upon pickup, they failed to explain exactly what had been done. The price was much higher than originally agreed, and there was no transparency regarding costs. Communication was poor, and the customer service was unprofessional. They gave the impression that they only cared about money, not repairing the car.

Very professional customer service. I dropped off my car for suspension parts replacement, and it was ready the next day. The mechanics explained everything thoroughly and diagnosed and fixed the problem with the braking system. The price was very good and consistent with the previous quote. I highly recommend this workshop; they are completely professional and provide prompt service.

Great place, great atmosphere. The suspension repair and windshield washer pump replacement were done very efficiently and without any problems. Competitive prices. I highly recommend them!
